These documents govern the OZ Project Portal. Together they explain what you may do with the Portal, what we do with your personal data, and how the system is protected. They are written under the law of England and Wales and the UK GDPR.

What personal data we hold, why, how long for, who it goes to, and your rights over it — including how to complain to the ICO.
Cookie Policy
The two cookies the Portal uses, what they do, and why there is no cookie banner.
Terms of Use
The agreement between you and us for using the Portal — accounts, content, availability, liability and governing law.
Acceptable Use Policy
The practical rules: what you may upload, how to share material safely, what you must never do, and what is recorded.
Shared Link Terms
For people opening project material through a link. What you may use it for, why you must not forward the link, and what we log.
Information Security
How the Portal is protected, where it is hosted, what we log, and how to report a vulnerability. Written for supplier assessments.
Accessibility Statement
How accessible the Portal is, the problems we know about, and how to get information in a form you can use.
