Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026

1. About this portal

OZ Project Portal ("the Portal") is a private document and drawing management system operated by OZ Technology. Access is granted by invitation only. By creating an account or accepting an invitation you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Content and ownership

Files you upload remain the property of their respective owners. OZ Technology stores and processes them solely to provide the Portal. Deleted items are moved to an archive first and can be permanently removed by an administrator.

5. Shared links

Project share links give access to specific project content without a login. Treat them as confidential: anyone holding a valid link can view the content it points to until the link expires or is revoked.

6. Data we hold

To operate the Portal we store:

7. How we use it

Your data is used only to run the Portal: authenticating you, enforcing permissions, showing activity history and sending service emails such as invitations and password resets. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising or profiling.

8. Service providers

Transactional emails are delivered through a third-party email provider. Aside from the information needed to deliver those messages, your data stays on the Portal's own server.

9. Cookies

The Portal sets a session cookie to keep you signed in, and — if you choose "remember me" — a long-lived sign-in cookie. Both are strictly necessary. No tracking or analytics cookies are used.

10. Retention

Project data is retained for as long as the project is active. When your account is suspended or removed, your access ends immediately; content you uploaded remains with the project it belongs to.

11. Your rights

You may request a copy of your personal data, ask for corrections, or ask for your account to be closed. Contact your portal administrator to make a request.

12. Availability

The Portal is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and maintenance may cause short periods of downtime. Please keep your own copies of critical files.

13. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after a change means you accept the revised terms.

14. Contact

For any question about these terms or your data, contact your portal administrator.
